Choose your favorite Pokémon type and build a deck focused around it! This is Gym Leader Challenge, a fun and diverse Pokémon TCG format with a few deck-building restrictions
1. Decks may only contain one type (color) of Pokémon
2. Only one of each card with the same name is allowed in a deck, except for Basic Energy
3. Cards with a Rule Box (for example, Pokémon ex and Pokémon V) are not allowed
4. ACE SPECS cards are not allowed
5. Cards from Black & White onwards are legal, except for a short ban list
6. 60-card decks are built & 6-prize card games are played with the most current Pokémon TCG rules

Please submit decklists to evanstongamer@gmail.com. Include your name, year of birth, and Trainer Club Account ID number. Attaching an image of your deck using an online tool such as limitless also works.
Swiss rounds will be best of 1, 35-minute rounds. Any top cut will be best of 3.
First time coming to Evanston Games? We're located at 1707 Maple Ave, in the same building as Sky Zone and the AMC theater. Enter through the ground floor lobby and we're straight ahead!
The winner will receive a complete playset (4 copies) of promotional Super Rod.
3 Pokémon booster packs will be added to the prize pool for each participant. These booster packs will be distributed amongst top performers.
Each participant will receive a Prize Pack and a promotional copy of Super Rod.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a refund. If the item was shipped or already picked up, contact us at evanstongamer@gmail.com to begin the return process. Once we have received the item we will issue your refund.
If the item was purchased for local pickup, you have 30 days to pick up your order or contact us to make arrangements. After 30 days, we will send you an e-mail reminder to the address you used to place the order. If we have not heard from you within 7 days of that e-mail, the items will be restocked. We cannot offer a refund once 30 days has elapsed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
